Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Zoho Books Expert

with hands-on experience in managing accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations through Zoho Books. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, and be able to configure and optimize Zoho Books for smooth financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books. Set up, customize, and maintain Zoho Books according to company requirements. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and invoicing. Generate financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS. Automate workflows and integrate Zoho Books with other Zoho/third-party applications. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Provide training/support to internal teams on Zoho Books usage. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Zoho support if required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field

. 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in

Zoho Books

. Strong understanding of

accounting principles, taxation, and compliance

. Proficiency in

MS Excel and reporting

. Experience with

GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards

(if India-specific). Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
