to manage, optimize, and enhance our Zoho CRM Applications. This role combines business analysis, system administration, and CRM specialization to ensure robust system performance, seamless business processes, data integrity, and high user adoption across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in Zoho applications, strong business process understanding, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities1. Zoho System Administration & Configuration
Manage and administer the Zoho CRM and Analytics.
Configure, customize, and deploy Zoho modules to support organizational workflows.
Create and manage user roles, profiles, permissions, security settings, and data-sharing rules.
Develop and optimize workflows, blueprints, automation, validation rules, and custom functions using
Deluge scripting
.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as needed.
2. Business Analysis & Process Optimization
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.).
Translate business needs into technical specifications for Zoho applications.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions and process improvements.
Optimize sales processes including lead, prospect, and deal management within Zoho CRM.
3. Data Management, Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations in
Zoho Analytics
to track KPIs and support decision-making.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and cleanliness across the Zoho applications through audits and data-cleaning activities.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
4. Integrations & Technical Support
Integrate Zoho applications with internal systems and third-party platforms using APIs and Zoho integrations.
Troubleshoot system issues, resolve bugs, and provide first-level technical support to end users.
Serve as a liaison with Zoho Support, external vendors, and implementation partners for advanced issues.
5. Training, Documentation & Adoption
Create training materials, SOPs, process documentation, and system configuration guides.
Conduct training sessions for users across departments to ensure effective system adoption.
Lead change management initiatives to drive consistent usage and best practices.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired
Bachelor's degree is must.
Minimum 1 year
of experience as a Zoho Analyst, Zoho Administrator, CRM Specialist, or similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with
Zoho CRM
; experience with Zoho Analytics is highly preferred.
Proven experience in
Deluge scripting, API integrations, workflow automation
, and custom module development.
Proficiency in business process mapping and requirements gathering.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
