Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum
3 years of relevant experience
in Zoho Administration and allied modules.
Technical Competencies (Must Have)
Hands-on experience with Zoho One suite administration.
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other allied modules.
Experience in creating and managing Zoho connectors, workflows, automation, and integrations.
Ability to manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data security within Zoho environment.
Proficiency in developing and deploying dashboards, reports, and analytics in Zoho.
Experience with APIs and third-party application integrations with Zoho One.
Knowledge of
Deluge scripting
for custom functions in Zoho applications.
Good troubleshooting skills for Zoho-related issues and module interconnectivity.
Desirable Skills (Good to Have)
Zoho certification(s) in CRM, Creator, or allied modules.
Experience in
telecom / ISP business process automation
using Zoho.
Ability to train staff on Zoho application usage and best practices.
Familiarity with
data migration and backup procedures
in Zoho.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Zoho One suite and its modules.
Develop workflows, automation, and business rules to streamline company processes.
Ensure smooth integration of Zoho with third-party applications.
Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for Zoho applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to align Zoho solutions with business goals.
Prepare reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
Maintain system security, data integrity, and compliance in Zoho.
Selection Criteria
Academic Qualification (Diploma/Degree) - Mandatory.
