Job Title : Telesales Executive- Generating revenue for the team through cold calling and by closing sales deals either over the phone or face to face.- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails- Retaining and renewing customers as well as maximizing the revenue while up-selling.- Driving towards customer delight and ensuring smooth rendering of services.- Acting like a consultant to the client and offering them recommended services and solutions.- Maximizing weekly revenues by achieving daily targetsRequired Candidate profile :- Any Graduation/Post Graduation.- Good Communication In English, Kannada.- Candidates Should Have Interest In Sales.- The candidate should have hands-on experience in client handling and product selling.- The candidate should preferably have knowledge of selling customer solutions over a call.- The candidate should possess prior knowledge about customer retention/up-selling.- Able to work independently and as a team player.- Should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment (ref:updazz.com)
