We are looking for a highly driven Senior Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our Mobile handset business across the Jalandhar region. The ideal candidate must have strong retail market knowledge, distributor management experience, and expertise in brands like Samsung, Nokia, Realme, and Poco.
Key Responsibilities Drive primary, secondary & tertiary sales in the Jalandhar territory .Manage distributors, retailers, promoters, and sales teams .Ensure availability, visibility, and display across FMCG & mobile channels. Develop market strategies to expand distribution and retail footprint.Strengthen relationships with mobile retail counters & FMCG stores.Execute company schemes, launches, and promotional activities .Track competition and provide actionable market insights.Maintain consistent reporting and business performance reviews.What We're Looking For5-12 years of experience in FMCG or mobile handset sales (combined experience preferred).Deep understanding of Punjab's retail & distribution ecosystem. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to meet targets and manage high-performance teams. Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
