About the Role:We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the zingbus operator community. This high-ownership, multi-faceted role blends research, strategy, storytelling and hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to turn insights into impactful engagement initiatives and craft compelling narratives and experiences that strengthen operator trust, loyalty and connection across multiple channels.If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoy building programs from 0-1 and are motivated by creating meaningful operator experiences, this role gives you the chance to directly influence operator engagement, trust and the growth of the zingbus community.Key Responsibilities :Map Bus Operator Landscape & Discover Whitespace Opportunities - Conduct comprehensive research to build a deep understanding of the bus operator ecosystem - emotionally, psychologically and logically.Develop Brand Strategy and Narrative : - Apply creative thinking to translate insights into a compelling brand storytelling, narrative and impactful engagement formats, ensuring messaging resonates authentically, deepens operator trust and strengthens brand perception amongst the operators.Design and Execute Engagement Initiatives - Plan and implement GTM strategies for multi-format engagement initiatives (digital, offline and hybrid immersions). - Form hypotheses to decide whether to kill, iterate or scale initiatives, creating playbooks to make zingbus messaging distinctive, consistent and scalable across channels.Drive Cross-Functional Execution & Project Management - Drive end-to-end implementation by coordinating with internal teams and external partners/agencies to ensure seamless execution of initiatives, while managing multiple projects, guiding teams and establishing execution rituals to ensure accountability and high-quality outcomes.Optimize Engagement and Brand Impact - Build a structured framework to monitor the effectiveness of initiatives using industry-relevant metrics and insights, measure engagement, brand lift, and content resonance, and iterate strategies to maximize impact and ROI.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.- 1-2 years of experience in partner engagement programs, ideally in B2B or service-driven environments.- Highly adaptable and self-motivated with a proven experience in building programs from 0-1, launching initiatives and scaling engagement programs.- Highly organized, with strong prioritization, planning and execution skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.- Strong execution, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify blockers, optimize initiatives using metrics and influence stakeholders effectively.- Must be proficient in preparing documentations and presentations (particularly, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint) meant for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
