Shape B2B expansion roadmap: - Define ambitious revenue milestones aligned to Zell's overall strategy. - Map out new customer segments and identify untapped corporate opportunities. - Craft scalable market-entry and growth initiatives to widen reach.2. Strengthen enterprise partnerships: - Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders such as CXOs, CHROs, CLOs, and university leaders. - Translate client needs into tailored solutions and value-driven proposals. - Position Zell as the go-to partner for workforce upskilling in finance.3. Drive revenue performance: - Own the complete business development cycle, from pitching to closure. - Maintain a predictable sales funnel with reliable forecasting. - Track performance dashboards, assess risks, and recalibrate strategy when needed.4.
