Accountabilities Activities:

1. Cash flow planning and monitoring - Preparation of weekly and monthly, quarterly and annual cash flows and monitoring the same.

- Built of 3 months rolling forecast.

- Variance Analysis

2. AGP Cash flow forecasting - Liasoning with FP&A and business teams for AGP CF\'s

- Preparation of consolidated Cash flow and driving automation

3. Review of Banking operations - Communication with Banks and relationship building.

- Providing monthly, quarterly, and yearly data as requested by bankers.

- Arranging for innovative solutions to manage working capital and loans.

- Relationship management to ensure smooth operations.

- Review of bank accounts including changes in signatories etc.

- Review of monthly bank reconciliations and accounting entries.

- Data for statutory and internal audit and managing the same.

4. Treasury management :

- Preparation of cash flows.

- Monitoring collections & Payments

- Banking facility management and bank relationship management

- Optimization of returns on treasury investments

- Ensuring compliance with Treasury Policies and procedures

- Implementing any change mandated by regulators and law.

- Optimizing Working capital management

- MS Excel proficiency is a must

- SAP & banking platforms knowledge would be preferable

- Knowledge of Banking regulations such as FEMA policies, LEI sett ups, Banking Act and continuous updates on the same.
