Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled

ZBrush Sculpting Artist

to create detailed 3D digital sculptures, reliefs and wall murals that bring concepts to life. The ideal candidate should have strong artistic sensibility, an excellent grasp of anatomy, form, proportion, and surface detailing, and experience translating creative briefs into production-ready digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Create

high-resolution 3D sculpts

in ZBrush for characters, creatures, environments, or products.

Refine forms, anatomy, drapery, and intricate detailing to meet aesthetic and technical requirements.

Collaborate closely with concept artists, 3D modellers, and architects to maintain visual consistency and style.

Contribute to

artistic reviews

, ensuring quality, realism, and adherence to project timelines.

Work with production pipelines and adhere to naming conventions and file management standards.

Ability to conceptualize references into models with proper scale, perspective and proportions.

Knowledge of architectural scale is a plus

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in ZBrush

(must).

Solid understanding of

human/creature anatomy, gesture, expressions and proportion

.

Experience with

hard-surface and organic sculpting

.

Familiarity with software such as

Maya / Blender / 3ds Max / KeyShot

.

Understanding of

3D printing workflows

(CNC stone carving preferred).

Artistic eye for

form, silhouette, texture, and surface detail

.

Strong

portfolio showcasing sculpting proficiency

.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fine Arts, 3D Design, Animation, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a professional 3D production environment.

Experience working with

render-ready assets

or

digital fabrication projects

.

Knowledge of

Marvelous Designer

or

Nomad Sculpt

is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
