Key Responsibilities:

Conduct practical and theoretical classes on Zari embroidery techniques Teach different styles such as zardozi, aari, dabka, mirror work, bead embroidery, and more Develop course plans, training materials, and sample designs Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback and guidance Ensure students meet course objectives and are prepared for job placements or self-employment Maintain a clean and organized training environment Participate in exhibitions or practical projects as part of the curriculum Stay updated with new trends and techniques in hand embroidery

Requirements:

Proven experience in Zari or hand embroidery work (1+ years preferred) Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage Strong knowledge of traditional and modern embroidery tools and materials Patience and ability to teach learners of all skill levels Excellent communication and presentation skills Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass / Diploma in Fashion/Textile (preferred but not mandatory)
