---We are looking for a new Principal to join our team, who is strong, compassionate leader, who has experience setting and enforcing learning opportunities, academic curriculums, and student services that help our kids realize their full potential. Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our education staff and oversee day-to-day school operations.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to make quick decisions under pressure and have a comprehensive understanding of the national education system and its regulations. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also important skills you should demonstrate as a principal. You should be self motivated and result oriented personnel.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day school operations

Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curriculum

Monitor and report on teacher performance

Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching

Review and implement school policies

Provide guidance and counseling to teachers

Handle emergencies and school crises

Requirements and skills

Previous experience as a principal or in a similar role. Curriculum

Knowledge of school administrative processes and National Educational Regulations

Minimum 5yrs of exclusive experience into administration

Attention to detail

Great presentation and communication skills in English language.

Crisis management

Ability to coach and inspire

Degree in Education; Masters degree in any stream (Throughout English medium)and B.Ed( Throughout English medium).
