We are currently seeking a Z3-Scrum Master-IS Dept to join our team in Bangalore, Karn?taka (IN-KA), India (IN).



As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team - helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the development team in Agile and Scrum practices to ensure that they understand and embrace the methodology. Help the team remove obstacles to progress, while empowering them to take ownership of the process. Ensure the development team is following Scrum practices and helping them continuously improve their performance. Help prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure that the team is always working on the most valuable items. Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned and informed about the progress of the project. Ensure that the team is delivering high-quality software that meets customer requirements on time. Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders. Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time. Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles. Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing. Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team. Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies. Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles. Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills. Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices. Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying. Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Prior knowledge of Agile project management tool such as Jira.
