We are looking for a Product Manager (CDP) to join our growing team!

As the Product Manager for WOZ.AI , you will deliver the product roadmap to power the future of the WOZ.AI. In this role, you will own aspects of the product for one or many functional pods and be required to work with multiple stakeholders and connect the dots while executing the product vision.

What you will do :

Bridge the gap between business goals and consumer problems; define and own the short term and long-term product roadmaps in line with the goals set by business and impact each OKR

Document all the business and product requirements based on inputs from all key stakeholders; define the product acceptance testing criteria; work closely with engineering, design, data sciences and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery

Think as an end user and translate complicated product ideas into simple wireframes and flows to deliver world class user experience

Engage with customers & partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Business, Communication, Growth) to prioritize, drive and implement the product changes

Conduct A/B testing, multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and decide best strategy to enhance product. Identify key success metrics for the product, its features and measure the metrics post launch; constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance

Liaison with tech leads to drive the timelines for product development

What are we looking for :

- BE/ BTech degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. An MBA degree is a plus

- 2+ yrs of product management experience with exposure to mobile applications and their development cycle, ad-tech industry exposure would be preferred

- Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, analytical mind-set, technical aptitude, with a deep understanding of the digital display marketplace

- Excellent business acumen, problem solving and project management skills

- Effective analytical skills with the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues

- Ability to achieve strategic business goals and identify business or tactical opportunities
