Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and scheduling engaging posts across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)

Support in brainstorming and executing creative content ideas

Help manage and grow social media communities

Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral formats

Assist the team during live shoots, behind-the-scenes content capture, and campaign launches

Track basic performance metrics (likes, shares, comments) and report insights

Requirements

Strong passion for social media, content, and trends

Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral content

Comfortable using Canva, basic editing apps, and social media tools (bonus if you know more)

Fast learner with a keen eye for creativity and storytelling

Must understand and communicate in Hindi

Energetic, positive attitude and team player spirit
