Job Title: YouTube Thumbnail Strategist (Remote)The Position

We're hiring the person who will be directly responsible for a significant portion of our channel's growth in 2026.
Your job is simple on paper: make every video the most clickable thing on the page.

Core Responsibilities

Create emotionally charged, high-contrast thumbnails that dominate the browse and suggested feed Combine faces, text, color theory, and proven visual hooks into scroll-stopping images Develop 4-8 strong concepts per video and refine the winner(s) after feedback Stay ahead of evolving YouTube thumbnail meta (current and emerging styles) Deliver pixel-perfect, layered source files with flawless masking and typography Work closely with the creator/editor to extract the single most clickable moment or idea Treat every thumbnail as a mini advertisement that has to outperform the competition
Must-Have

A portfolio of real, live YouTube thumbnails on channels with 100k+ views per video (links mandatory) Visible proof that your thumbnails perform (screenshots of CTR gains or ranking among top impressions are ideal) Mastery of Photoshop (or equivalent) at a professional retouching/compositing level Deep, current knowledge of what works right now on YouTube (2025-2026 era) Ability to explain why a thumbnail will work before it's even tested Fast communication and same-day or next-day turnaround on revisions

Pay: ₹100,600.00 - ₹200,600.00 per year
