YouTube Thumbnail Designer - Graphic Designing - 5+Years - Mumbai
Location - Mumbai (Work from Office)
Own the visual voice of a high-growth D2C home-energy brand. You'll craft high-impact YouTube thumbnails and lead end-to-end brand design across digital, print, and motion-using both classic tools (Adobe CC) and modern AI (Midjourney/Runway/Sora/Gemini).

Responsibilities -

• Design click-worthy, on-brand YouTube thumbnails; run A/B variants to lift CTR.
• Retouch/enhance images; apply strong typography, contrast, composition.
• Build brand assets: website graphics, social creatives, illustrations, infographics, print/OOH, decks.
• Evolve identity systems: logos, style guides, visual languages.
• Translate briefs into clean, strategic design; collaborate with writers, motion, and growth teams.
• Create basic motion/video (After Effects/Premiere Pro preferred).
• Leverage AI design tools with solid prompt craft; iterate quickly on feedback.
• Test creatives across platforms and ship on deadline.

Requirements -

• 5+ years in creative/branding (agency background preferred).
• Portfolio showing branding, illustration, and content design.
• Expert: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop; plus InDesign/Figma/Corel/Canva a bonus.
• Hands-on with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Gemini).
• Sharp eye for type, grids, color, layout; crisp communication and presentation.
• Motion familiarity and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Degree in Design/Fine Arts is a plus.
