What You'll Do
Design clean, loud, emotional, high-contrast thumbnails that win the scroll
Turn titles and footage into multiple clickable concepts every time
Deliver organized, layered PSD (or equivalent) files ready for instant tweaks
Handle fast feedback and same-day revisions without drama
Keep your finger on exactly what's working across top channels right now
Who You Are
Your thumbnails are already live and performing on real YouTube channels (direct video links required, no exceptions)
You only work with real published examples, nothing theoretical
Advanced Photoshop (or pro-level alternative) with flawless retouching and compositing
You understand faces, color, text placement, curiosity, and tension on a deep level
Fast, clear communicator who actually hits deadlines
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹100,800.00 - ₹200,600.00 per month
