We're searching for a rare breed: a thumbnail designer who treats every 1280x720 frame like a high-stakes billboard on the world's biggest platform.

Your thumbnails don't just look good -- they win.
They turn casual scrollers into viewers and push videos into the algorithm's favor.

What You'll Do

Design standout, algorithm-friendly thumbnails that consistently outperform controls Translate video concepts into emotionally charged, curiosity-driven visuals Master the use of exaggerated expressions, bold text placement, color contrast, framing, and visual tension Produce multiple high-impact variations for every video Study and adapt the latest proven tactics from the fastest-growing channels Collaborate directly with creators and editors through quick, clear feedback loops Deliver fully layered, organized source files (PSD or equivalent) Continuously improve based on real performance data
Who You Are

You already have thumbnails live on successful YouTube channels (links required -- no exceptions) You can point to specific videos where your thumbnail clearly lifted CTR Expert in Adobe Photoshop with advanced retouching and compositing skills Obsessed with what makes humans click: emotion, curiosity, surprise, contrast, simplicity Up to date with 2025-2026 thumbnail trends (MrBeast evolution, faceless channels, minimalism, hyper-realism, etc.) Fast, responsive, and comfortable with rapid iteration Calm under tight deadlines and direct feedback
