YouTube Scriptwriter & Research Lead - Renewables & Environment industry - 5+ Years - Mumbai

Responsibilities-

• Conduct deep primary and secondary research to identify impactful content topics.
• Engage with customers, field teams, and industry experts to gather authentic insights.
• Stay updated on market trends, policies, and industry benchmarks.
• Write research-backed, engaging video scripts across multiple formats (explainers, vlogs, podcasts, reels, shorts).
• Develop strong narratives, hooks, and storylines to boost audience engagement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design visuals, graphics, and voiceover elements.
• Oversee end-to-end shoot production, including outdoor shoots and podcasts.
• Experiment with new content formats and audience engagement strategies.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of experience in scriptwriting, research-based content creation, and creative production.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven experience in video content creation (YouTube or similar platforms).
• Hands-on experience in production and shoot management.
• Ability to balance creativity with factual accuracy.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and research skills.
