Role Overview
We are seeking a freelancer who can independently conduct targeted outreach to established YouTubers and onboard them onto our client's CMS platform. The freelancer will manage the entire acquisition pipeline--from initial contact to conversion--ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for creators.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and shortlist relevant YouTube creators who meet predefined criteria.
Conduct professional outreach via email, Instagram DM, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
Communicate the value proposition and service offerings of the client's CMS.
Address initial queries from creators and coordinate follow-ups.
Guide creators through the onboarding and documentation process.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and conversions in the CRM or reporting sheet.
Provide weekly performance updates and pipeline reports.
Maintain confidentiality of client information, creator data, and proprietary materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated experience working directly with YouTubers or digital creators.
Existing professional relationships with creators that can accelerate outreach and conversions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Understanding of YouTube channel operations, monetization, CMS, and channel management fundamentals.
Ability to work independently and meet conversion targets.
Professional email etiquette and CRM discipline.
Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, MCNs, or digital talent management is preferred.
Performance Expectations & Incentives
The freelancer will receive a fixed monthly payment.
Additional incentives will be paid per successful creator onboarding.
Higher incentives may apply when onboarding agencies or when creators meet specified thresholds.
All targets and incentive slabs will be shared during contracting.
Contract Requirements
Signing of an NDA and non-compete agreement prior to receiving client materials.
Strict adherence to confidentiality and professional conduct.
