Position Title: YouTube Presenter & Content Creator

Location: Karol Bagh (Delhi)

Remuneration: As per current market standard

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Qualification - Graduate, (Must be from UPSC background)

Role Overview:

Next IAS is looking for dynamic, confident, and versatile individuals who can take on a multitasking role involving scripting, presenting, and creating educational and promotional content for our YouTube channel. This is a performance-based engagement, ideal for creative professionals who thrive on flexibility and value-based remuneration.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Camera Presentation: Present educational and brand videos with clarity, charisma, and audience engagement.

Content Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize YouTube topics relevant to UPSC, academic strategy, trends, and more.

Script Development: Draft and revise scripts suitable for video format in collaboration with the academic/content team.

Voice Overs (if needed): Record clear and engaging voice-overs for animated or motion graphic videos.

Multi-Format Creation: Assist in repurposing YouTube content for reels, shorts, and educational snippets.

Coordination: Liaise with video editors, graphic designers, and academic experts for final content delivery.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English and/or Hindi (clear articulation, confident delivery).

Prior experience in presenting, teaching, theatre, or video production preferred.

Strong research and writing skills.

Ability to handle multiple content formats and work under deadlines.

Knowledge of UPSC or competitive exams (preferred, not mandatory).
