Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging video lessons for YouTube on Physics or Mathematics topics (NCERT-aligned or concept-based).
Explain complex topics in a simplified, story-driven, and student-friendly way.
Use practical examples and real-life analogies to make learning fun and relatable.
Work with the content and video editing team to plan scripts, visuals, and voice delivery.
Collaborate on thumbnails, titles, and topic selection based on trending curriculum needs.
Participate in live sessions, Q&A, and interactive educational content.
Provide timely revisions, corrections, and explanations for difficult concepts.
Maintain high presentation quality, energy, and clear communication for digital audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong subject knowledge in Physics or Mathematics (Classes 6-12 preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi/Tamil preferred).
Ability to explain in simple, visual, and engaging ways (not bookish).
Familiarity with NCERT or CBSE curriculum.
Comfortable recording on camera with good confidence and clarity.
Experience using digital boards, slides, or screen recording tools (e.g., OBS, Zoom, or Canva).
Passion for teaching and helping students understand concepts deeply.
Experience in online teaching or YouTube tutoring is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
