Lead the complete YouTube ecosystem for the brand in the hair and beauty industry -- from strategy to execution -- with the single goal of driving exponential growth in views, retention, and subscribers.
Note: This is a senior leadership role. You will be leading a specialized team that executes your vision under your direction.
Core Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end YouTube strategy: content planning, SEO optimization, and audience retention.
Analyze channel analytics and identify growth levers through data-backed insights.
Work closely with the script, editing, and thumbnail teams to ensure every upload is optimized for CTR and watch time.
Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify high-performing topics.
Develop and implement title and thumbnail A/B testing systems.
Maintain brand tone and storytelling consistency across all uploads.
Build and manage a YouTube content calendar aligned with campaigns and trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose long-form videos into short-form content for reach amplification.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
