Require full time YouTube Anchor and you tube content writer ( Female ) with pleasing personality and good presentation skills . must be fluent in English , Marathi and English. knowledge of any regional language would be an added advantage.

Must have atleast experience of 2 + years

Key roles and responsibilities

Content strategy:

A presenter defines their niche and target audience to create a consistent, engaging, and unique brand for their channel.

Production:

The role involves planning, filming, and editing videos using equipment such as cameras, microphones, and editing software.

Audience engagement:

Successful presenters interact with their community through comments, social media, and live streams to build a loyal following.

Channel management:

This includes monitoring analytics, optimizing videos for search engines (SEO), creating compelling thumbnails, and maintaining a regular upload schedule.

Monetization:

When a channel grows, presenters can earn revenue through multiple streams, such as the YouTube Partner Program, brand sponsorships, and selling merchandise.
