We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and camera-friendly individual to join our team as a YouTube Anchor.

The ideal candidate should be able to present content in an engaging and energetic manner, interact with the audience, and deliver high-quality video content consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Host and present YouTube videos for our channel(s) across genres like news, business, entertainment and Political Script content or collaborate with scriptwriters to ensure smooth delivery and flow. Conduct on-camera interviews, vlogs, or news bulletins as per content requirements. Coordinate with the production team for video shoots, lighting, wardrobe, and audio. Engage with the audience by encouraging likes, comments, shares, and subscriptions. Stay updated with YouTube trends, viral content styles, and social media formats. Maintain a professional on-screen presence and be adaptable to various formats (live, recorded, reels, shorts). Review footage and suggest improvements to enhance video quality.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil. Strong camera presence and confidence in public speaking. Creativity, spontaneity, and ability to think on your feet. Basic knowledge of YouTube platform and content trends. Previous experience is mandatory as an anchor. Ability to handle feedback positively and improve performance.

Preferred Skills:

Background in journalism, mass communication, media, or performing arts. Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut) is a bonus. Strong social media presence or experience in influencer marketing.
