YouTube AI Content Creator

We're now expanding our drama and relationship-focused channels, and we're looking for a

reliable, curious operator

who can help us run smooth, high-volume content pipelines with the support of AI.

What You'll Be Doing ()

As our

YouTube AI Content Creator

, you'll:

Drive high-output video production

- manage the end-to-end publishing of 35+ videos per week using AI-powered workflows.

Leverage AI storytelling tools

- use script generators and ElevenLabs for voiceovers to create engaging story-driven content.

Engage with audiences

- manage comments, respond to viewers, and foster a loyal community.

Analyze competitors & trends

- research high-performing content ideas and maintain competitive insights.

Optimize visuals

- create and refine thumbnails using templates and AI tools to maximize click-through rates.

Track performance

- monitor video metrics, optimize metadata, and schedule uploads for peak impact.

Who We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

Basic proficiency with Canva (thumbnails) and CapCut (video editing) -- training provided. Comfortable using and learning AI tools quickly. Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
