Job Description

We are searching for an impactful youth support worker to furnish our local vulnerable youth with support through targeted campaign deliveries. The youth support worker's tasks include uncovering prevailing inequities, coordinating and disseminating practical aid, and delivering robust community interventions. You should also refer disenfranchised individuals to helpful services within their vicinity. To ensure success as a youth support worker, you must be intimately familiar with prevalent youth-related afflictions. A remarkable youth support worker will exhibit an unfaltering commitment to actualizing equity. Youth Support Worker Responsibilities: Familiarizing yourself with youth-related difficulties, particularly within vulnerable cohorts. Crafting and rolling out targeted, sustainable campaigns to minimize inequities. Promoting reunification in appropriate instances. Fostering social cohesion to promote well-being. Gathering and distributing helpful supplies. Assisting unemployed youth to acquire gainful, meaningful work. Issuing referrals to accessible regional centers. Remaining accessible and steadfast as a Mentor.

Age limit 18 to 30 Language preferred tamil only Most welcome to Freshers and college students.
