- PAM Manager will be responsible for leading all PAM/Key PAM to reach their sales targets.
- PAM Managers are primarily tasked with managing the team and training team members, making strategies, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. PAM Manager are oftentimes expected to travel.
- PAM Manager needs to have a Mechanical/Civil degree in business.
- Additionally, PAM Managers typically need to have several years of experience in sales prior to becoming a manager.
- The PAM Managers should possess strong analytical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Major responsibilities would be Revenue growth, monitoring and root cause analysis on monthly conversion of active to passive, ensuring 100% bill submission within 10th of every month, Coaching PAMs for upselling new products
- Address their PAM\'s issues and help them to resolve, Measure PAM\'s KPI\'s, maintain and grow rental revenue.
