Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Young Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting activities. This role is ideal for a recently qualified CA who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the organization's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and analysis for management Handle direct and indirect taxation matters including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and statutory filings Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and regulatory norms Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow Support internal audits and implement process improvements Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred) Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High level of integrity and attention to detail

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
