Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily 2-hour yoga sessions for employees (on-site).
Design and deliver engaging yoga sessions suitable for all fitness levels.
Guide participants on posture correction, breathing techniques, and meditation.
Monitor individual progress and provide personalized guidance.
Promote holistic health and create a positive, motivating atmosphere.
Ensure punctuality, discipline, and safety during sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Certified Yoga Trainer from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in conducting group or corporate yoga sessions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
