To promote students' physical, mental, and emotional well-being by teaching age-appropriate yoga practices, breathing techniques, and mindfulness in a safe and engaging school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily/weekly yoga classes for students (Pre-Primary to Secondary, as applicable) Teach

asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques

suitable for children Develop structured yoga lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum Ensure correct posture and safe practice for all students Encourage discipline, concentration, stress management, and overall fitness Maintain class discipline and a positive learning environment Prepare students for yoga demonstrations, assemblies, and special events Coordinate with Physical Education teachers and school management Maintain attendance and basic student progress records Follow all school safety and child-protection policies

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

B.A, Professional yoga Mandatory / Preferred Professional Certifications
Any

one or more

of the following (India-recognized):

Mandatory / Strongly Preferred

Diploma in Yoga / Yoga Education

(1 year)

B.P.Ed with Yoga specialization

Certificate Course in Yoga (6 months or above)

Recognized Certification Bodies

Yoga Certification Board (YCB)

- Ministry of AYUSH

Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY)

SVYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana)

State / Central Government-recognized universities or institutes

International Certification (Optional Advantage)

RYT 200 / RYT 300

- Yoga Alliance (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of teaching/performing experience.

Eligibility:

Open to male and female candidates. No age bar.*

Employment Details:

Working Days/Hours:

Monday to Friday (7:30 am - 2:45 pm) & 2 working Saturdays.

Salary:

?25,000 per month.
