Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and certified Yoga Teacher to join our wellness team and guide students in their journey toward physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of yoga techniques, and the ability to adapt sessions to meet a wide range of student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead safe and effective yoga classes for individuals or groups of all skill levels. Demonstrate proper techniques and provide hands-on adjustments when appropriate. Design class sequences that align with student goals and energy levels. Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment. Offer modifications and variations for poses to suit all levels and abilities. Educate students on yogic philosophy, breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio or teaching space. Build positive relationships with students and contribute to community growth.

Qualifications:

Certified Yoga Teacher. Proven experience teaching various yoga styles (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa/ Ashtanga ). Strong communication and leadership skills. Passion for holistic wellness and personal development. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable):

Experience with meditation and mindfulness instruction. Knowledge of anatomy and injury prevention. Background in holistic health, nutrition, or Ayurveda.
