Incumbent shall be responsible for Drive Sales by Guiding Clients on Programs &
Responsible For: Packages, Managing Walk-In Clients; Handling Client Queries On-Call & In-Person;
Maintain Client Records; and Provide highest level of Client Service

? Welcome all Clients according to the Client Service standards What will you Help us ? Answer all calls, promptly, and courteously

? Handle Client Queries On-Call & In-Person
? Check Customers into class/workshop/etc. in person & through software
system
? Drive Sales by Assisting Clients, guiding them through our programs and
answering their questions (or find the answers to questions if not known)
? Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing and actively
promote and sell to all Client Walk-Ins
? Ensure all Clients complete all paperwork/forms as appropriate
? Maintain all Client Attendance Records and Walk-In Records
? Any such work as may be designated by the Reporting Head We Need: ? Minimum 2 Years to 5 Years Experience
? Experience working in a customer service role
? Experience working in Hospitality, yoga, fitness, and/or health industry a
