Job Summary
We are hiring a
Yoga Program Coordinator / Admissions Counsellor
to manage yoga leads and clients, provide counselling about yoga programs, convert interested leads into enrolled students, collect fees, and coordinate yoga class batches.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to yoga leads and existing clients.
Counsel clients on the benefits and importance of yoga programs.
Understand client needs, health goals, and availability.
Convert qualified leads into enrolled yoga students.
Share program details including class schedule, duration, and fees.
Coordinate and ensure timely
fee collection

Create and manage yoga batches based on student availability.
Coordinate with the yoga instructor regarding class schedules.
Host and manage class logistics (online/offline):
Sharing Zoom / Google Meet links or venue details
Ensuring smooth session coordination
Maintain records of leads, enrollments, payments, and attendance.
Follow up with students for engagement, retention, and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience or interest in
telecalling, admissions, counselling, sales coordination, or client handling

Strong verbal communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and video calls.
Ability to explain programs clearly and confidently.
Basic computer skills (calls, WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets / Excel).
Customer-focused, patient, and empathetic attitude.
