Job Summary

AskkNatural is seeking a dedicated, certified, and experienced

Yoga Instructor specializing in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

to conduct virtual yoga sessions and support women throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and overall wellness. The ideal candidate should have strong online teaching experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of mindful movement for maternal health.

Qualifications

Certified Yoga Instructor from a recognized institute (Prenatal & Postnatal specialization mandatory). Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in conducting yoga sessions, preferably online. Strong expertise in

Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Advanced Yoga, Anatomy, Breathing Techniques, and Meditation

. Ability to design safe, customized routines based on trimester stage, postpartum recovery, and medical considerations. Excellent communication and virtual presentation skills. Ability to independently manage online sessions in a professional home setup.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

live one-on-one and group online yoga sessions

focused on prenatal and postnatal clients. Teach posture alignment, safe movement techniques, breathing practices, and healing-based routines. Support clients through pregnancy-related discomfort, postpartum strengthening, and recovery exercises. Track client progress and provide personalized guidance based on individual conditions, goals, and doctor recommendations. Build supportive, professional, and encouraging client relationships. Maintain digital attendance records, session notes, and periodic progress updates. Ensure punctuality, stable internet connectivity, and professional online conduct. Stay updated with evolving yoga practices, maternal health trends, and wellness innovations.

9-hour Full-Time Shift
