SAMA is India's first chain of Calm Mind Studio -- a network of stress- free physical and virtual studios for people starting or re-starting their wellness journey.

?Our spaces are device-free, mirror-free and stress-free making it easy for even those that have never stepped into a fitness space.

Our approach rests firmly on the 2 pillars of healthspan- exercise and emotional/mental well-being.

?Through small group, expert led sessions in mindful wellness formats such as Pilates, Aerial Fitness, Classical and Contemporary Yoga combined with Calm Mind Practices such as breathwork and micro meditation, we help you ease from hesitation to consistency.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Yoga and Meditation Lead-Full Time

1. Conduct group and one-on-one classes in various styles of Yoga including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga and more

2. Manage a team of 3-4 instructors

3. Work with the Studio CEO to plan new programs/content

4. Conduct corporate workshops or special events at the Studio

Working Days- 6 days per week (Sat and Sun mandatory, one weekday off)

Working Timings - 6.00 AM to 11.00 AM and 4.00 PM to 8.00 PM

Requirement- M. Sc in Yoga, 4+ years of teaching experience, good communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
