Key Responsibilities / Task List :1. Identify & Engage HNI Donors- Research and identify potential high-net-worth individuals aligned with Ennoble's mission.- Build and maintain relationships with HNI donors, philanthropists, and key stakeholders.- Develop tailored engagement strategies to maximize long-term collaboration.- Managing database/CRM effectively and planning a continuous engagement with potential HNI, Ultra HNI, and other high-profile donors - Coordinate with other stakeholders in projects such as School Authorities, Government bodies, and CSR arms of corporates as and when required for smooth execution of projects. - Giving Continuous feedback to the product, program, and marketing team about learning acquired - Setting up systems and processes for all documents and other sales-related activities 2. Negotiate & Formalize Agreements- Lead discussions with HNIs to define partnership terms and donation commitments.- Draft, review, and finalize MoUs, donation agreements, and SLAs.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks.3. Manage & Nurture HNI Relationships- Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management with existing donors.- Monitor partner performance, contribution, and engagement metrics.- Address conflicts, challenges, or gaps in collaboration proactively.4. Align Partnerships with Organizational Goals- Ensure all HNI partnership initiatives support Ennoble's strategic objectives and projects.- Collaborate with internal teams (projects, finance, communications, operations) to integrate donor efforts effectively.- Facilitate cross-functional alignment to maximize the value of HNI partnerships.5. Monitor & Report Partnership Outcomes- Track HNI engagement metrics, donation pipelines, and impact outcomes.- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and leadership on donor performance and contribution impact.- Suggest improvements to optimize engagement and donor value.6. Stakeholder Engagement & Networking- Represent Ennoble at events, conferences, and high-profile meetings.- Develop networks with potential donors, corporates, and community influencers.- Advocate for Ennoble's initiatives and philanthropic goals.7. Risk Identification & Mitigation- Identify risks associated with HNI partnerships (reputation, compliance, financial).- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.- Ensure proactive issue resolution to safeguard organizational interests.8. Capture Learnings & Best Practices- Document lessons learned from HNI engagement and collaborations.- Share insights internally to improve future donor engagement and strategies.- Support knowledge management and organizational learning related to HNI partnerships.-Technical Skills Required- CRM & Donor Management Tools: Salesforce, Zoho, Raisers Edge, or similar.- Project & Task Management Tools: Asana, Trello, MS Project.- Documentation & Reporting: MS Office, Google Workspace, presentation tools.- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret donor metrics, pipeline health, and impact reporting.- Contract & Legal Knowledge: Basics of MoUs, donation agreements, and compliance.- Sector Knowledge: Understanding of CSR, philanthropy, or NGO projects.-Soft Skills Required- Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written skills for donor engagement.- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to influence HNI donors and internal teams.- Relationship Management: Building trust and long-term donor relationships.- Strategic Thinking: Identifying opportunities aligned with organizational goals.- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Proactive approach to challenges in HNI engagement.- Time & Priority Management: Handling multiple donor relationships and initiatives.- Adaptability & Flexibility: Navigating dynamic expectations of HNIs.-Required Education- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) - Business Administration, Management, Finance, or relevant discipline with exposure to partnerships or fundraising.
