We are hiring for an advertising client of Yellow Spark for the role of Sales ManagerResponsibilities- Develop plans to execute strategic sales plans to drive sales and meet targets- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including Retail, FMCG, fitness, hospitality, and events to exceed targets- Foster strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure long-term partnerships- Provide tailored advertising solutions to clients that meet their specific needs- Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of advertising on water bottles, Paper Disposable cups, and LED display Screens- Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations - Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.- Work with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling sales pitches and materials.- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's products in the market.Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not a must- Strong understanding of the advertising industry and media buying processesPrior Experience - Minimum of four years of experience in advertising sales- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsCompetencies / soft skills - Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment- Excellent team playerRole-specific technical skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Must have a strategic and target-oriented approach- Proficiency in MS Office (ref:updazz.com)
