Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Yarn Store Incharge to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a textile industry background with proven experience in yarn store operations, stock management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the yarn store. Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issue of yarn as per production requirements. Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock reconciliation. Monitor yarn consumption and wastage, ensuring minimal variance. Coordinate with production for smooth operations. Implement and maintain proper storage practices to avoid damage and ensure quality. Generate reports related to stock levels, inward/outward movement, and consumption. Supervise store staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in Textile or relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience in yarn store/store management in a textile unit. Strong knowledge of yarn types, counts, and handling procedures. Good understanding of store management systems. Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
