Job Overview:



We are looking for a motivated, technically proficient, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with hands-on experience exclusively in industrial yarn sales. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge of Nylon 6, Nylon 6,6, Tyre Cord Yarn, and Nylon Polyester Yarn, a deep understanding of the yarn and manufacturing industry, and the ability to independently drive sales across India. This role requires frequent travel to engage with clients, understand market dynamics, and deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive sales and business development for industrial yarn products across India.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.

Provide technical guidance and product expertise to customers to support their requirements.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify trends and customer needs.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations and proposals.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as set by management.

Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, technical) for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and marketing campaigns.

Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions and market feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:



2-10 years of proven experience exclusively in industrial yarn sales.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong technical knowledge of yarn types, specifications and industrial applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage clients across multiple regions.

Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and business growth.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Skills:



Understanding of B2B sales processes.

Ability to comprehend technical products and manufacturing processes.

Experience participating in trade shows and marketing campaigns.

Remarks:



Only candidates with industrial yarn sales experience will be considered.

Frequent travel across India is mandatory.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
