Job Title: Yard Manager

Location: Panipat

Salary: ₹20,000 - ?25,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Yard Manager to oversee daily yard

operations, stock handling, and smooth movement of materials. The role requires managing

incoming and outgoing stock (SKU-wise), maintaining records, and ensuring cost-effective

operations. Candidates with a Civil Engineering background (Degree/Diploma) will be

preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage day-to-day yard activities efficiently and safely.

? Handle incoming and outgoing stock with SKU-wise tracking and documentation.

? Maintain accurate stock records in Excel and ensure timely updates.

? Coordinate with operations, logistics, and procurement teams for smooth material

flow.

? Monitor yard space utilisation and maintain proper material arrangement.

? Ensure all operational processes are executed in a cost-effective manner.

? Supervise labour/yard staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

? Conduct periodic stock audits and report variances.

? Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the yard premises.

Requirements:

? Graduate (mandatory).

? Basic working knowledge of Excel (data entry, stock records, simple formulas)

? Prior experience in yard/warehouse/store operations preferred.

? Strong organisational and coordination skills.

? Ability to manage labour and handle physical site operations.

? Civil Engineer (Degree/Diploma) will be an added advantage.
