XPS Supervisor

Job Summary:

The XPS Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) production line, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge of foam/extrusion processes and proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily XPS production activities Monitor machine operations, performance, and product quality Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards Minimize downtime through proactive troubleshooting Manage operators, technicians, and shift teams Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and process documentation Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs Implement continuous improvements to optimize production efficiency Train new staff on XPS machinery and safety protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in XPS / Foam / Extrusion industry Strong understanding of extrusion machinery and production flow Ability to read technical drawings and machine manuals Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Hands-on troubleshooting ability for mechanical and processing issues Knowledge of safety regulations and SOP adherence Gulf experience preferred

Education:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Nationalities:

India / Pakistan (as per job requirement)
