Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage end-to-end export operations including order processing, documentation, shipment, and delivery. Prepare and review export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate, and other regulatory documents. Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, customs authorities, and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch of shipments. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export control laws, and Food & Beverage industry standards. Coordinate with internal teams such as production, quality, warehouse, and finance for order execution. Monitor shipment schedules, track consignments, and resolve logistics or documentation-related issues. Handle export incentives, schemes, and benefits (e.g., DGFT, RoDTEP, duty drawback, etc.). Maintain accurate export records, MIS reports, and shipment data. Communicate with overseas clients regarding order status, documentation, and delivery timelines. Support audits, inspections, and certifications related to exports and food safety standards.
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures. Hands-on experience in Food & Beverages export operations. Familiarity with Incoterms, international logistics, and customs clearance. Understanding of food safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance norms. Good coordination, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and export-related ERP systems. Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Requirements

Experience in handling perishable or regulated food products. Exposure to international markets and overseas client handling. Knowledge of DGFT, APEDA, FSSAI, and related export regulations. Immediate or short notice period preferred
