We are seeking an experienced XML Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in XML technologies and a proven track record of working with XML-based applications. As an XML Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining XML schemas, transforming XML data, and integrating XML with other technologies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Designing and developing XML schemas for various applications and industries.
Transforming XML data using XSLT and other transformation technologies.
Integrating XML with databases, web services, and other technologies.
Troubleshooting and debugging XML-related issues.
Working closely with other developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of XML-based applications.
Staying up-to-date with the latest XML technologies and best practices.
Providing guidance and support to junior developers on XML-related tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proficiency in XML schema design and development. Strong understanding of XSLT and other XML transformation technologies. Experience integrating XML with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and web services (e.g., SOAP, REST). Familiarity with XML parsing libraries and tools (e.g., DOM, SAX, JAXB). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with other markup languages (e.g., HTML, XHTML) and related technologies (e.g., CSS) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with XML validation tools (e.g., XMLSpy, Oxygen XML Editor). Knowledge of XML standards and specifications (e.g., XML Schema, XPath, XQuery). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Math, Image). Certification in XML technologies is a plus.
