Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Front-End Developer to work closely with the Front-End Development team on
developing our Ecommerce web sites. You'll be working on an ATG eCommerce platform supporting
website functionality, landing pages, and other web assets across our core branded websites as well
as white label sites for several high-profile business partners.

Responsibilities:

You will be in a very hands-on coding role as a Software Developer in an expert product development team.

Build new and maintain existing website functionality, delivering reusable code and libraries for future use. Be able to quickly troubleshoot website issues using web browser developer tools and HTML/CSS/JS to identify issues and propose a fix. Build and deploy A/B and multivariate marketing tests. Participate in sprint planning, accurately estimating development projects and delivering developments to plan . Participating in regular standups, reporting on progress, identifying issues and opportunities as they arise Communicate effectively and develop relationships with technical and business teams across the organization, including teams in US, UK and Chennai Be part of a collaborative, friendly, and open environment within a small team using an Agileprocess with planning, code reviews, and retrospectives to improve youroutput Use the industry best practice for code development and code fixing in production systems. Build and configure delivery environments supporting CD/CI tools using an Agile delivery methodology. Contribute to the design of information and operational support systems. Organize the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, acting proactively. Evaluate application performance, identify potential bottlenecks, develop solutions, and implement them with the help of developers. Maintains and supports IT technology standard requirements, methodology and processes. Participate in sprint planning, accurately estimating development projects and deliveringdevelopments to plan. Participating in regular standups, reporting on progress, identifying issues and opportunities as they arise Be part of a collaborative, friendly, and open environment within a small team using an Agile process with planning, code reviews, and retrospectives to improve your output. Design and develop high-performance, scalable mobile applications using Xamarin for iOS and Android platformsQualifications, Skills and Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in software development. 4+ years of professional experience web application software development, design, and architecture. 2+ years of in Xamarian mobile application development Experience working with ReactJS client side and JavaScript framework is a must. Motivated, talented, and spirited, with a love for front-end development and learning newthings. Ability to build semantic, modular front-end code using HTML, CSS/Sass, and JavaScript ES6. Must take pride in testing front-end code in all supported browsers, because you know it'sbetter to do it right the first time. Must be comfortable working around web server-side programming languages such as Java and Nodejs Well versed with Git feature-branch workflow. Experience in Frontend languages like JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, and Handlebars Experience in build tools such as Grunt, Gulp, and Webpack for efficient development Experience in creating responsive designs with Bootstrap and grids. Well versed with Operating systems like Linux/Mac for a versatile environment Prior experience in utilizing Optimizely, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager for analytics and optimization. Command-line proficiency with Atom, Shell/ Bash/ SSH. Understanding and working with Electron for building cross-platform desktop applications Solid understanding of frontend development best practices, browser compatibility, and performance optimization techniques Good knowledge of Code Reviewing and feedback Prior experience of mentoring and supporting team members Good understanding of reporting, maintaining well- structured documentation Experience of supporting lead duties when required. Bachelor of computer/IT engineering or similar (BCS, BCA, MCS etc.). Open and innovative mindset with keenness to learn new skills.
