Take

intraoral (IOPA)

,

OPG

,

Lateral Ceph

, and

CBCT

scans as prescribed by the dentist/surgeon. Ensure correct

patient positioning

,

exposure parameters

, and

radiation safety protocols

. Enforce

ALARA principle (As Low As Reasonably Achievable)

to limit radiation exposure. Ensure proper use of

lead aprons, thyroid collars

, and other radiation safety equipment. Maintain radiation exposure records and ensure

TLD badge usage

. Comply with

AERB (Atomic Energy Regulatory Board)

safety norms and guidelines. Record patient details, exposure settings, and findings in the

radiology register

. Ensure all scans are

tagged, labeled, and archived

correctly in hospital PACS or storage system. Operate and maintain

dental X-ray units, OPG, CBCT, and digital sensors/plates

. Ensure daily calibration, warm-up, and maintenance of imaging equipment. Explain the procedure to the patient clearly and empathetically. Verify

identity, pregnancy status (for females)

, and obtain verbal consent before imaging.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
