About The Job:

• Looking for a Developer with Wynsure product experience to manage a critical project for one of our biggest Insurance clients.
• 5-6 years of software development experience
• Develops specifications, code, debug, document, and install for moderately complex software programming applications and modifies/maintains the existing software.
• Develops, modifies, and maintains applications that may be customized or standardized for internal and external clients.
• Participates in design and coding activities with other staff members and supervisors.

Qualifications:
Technical Skills:

• Techie with experience in Wynsure Product
• Must be an individual contributor
• Coding the logic outlined in System Requirements (Programming).
• Must have hands-on experience building apps using React, Redux, Bootstrap, CSS3, preprocessors, node JS, express JS, JEST and other react supporting libraries
• Strong understanding of OOJS, design patterns
• Proficient in JavaScript
• Potentially specializing in one or more of these areas below:
• Customization: Enhancing or designing and developing new functionality in existing or new applications and/or modules
• Experience in storybook, server-side scripting
• Experience developing with GIT or other version control systems
• Programming (70% of job responsibility)
• Understanding business or technical requirements and translating to code using Wyde tools (eWAM) and language.
• Application OO Design (15% of job responsibility)
• Applying understanding of Wynsure's Object Oriented architecture to complete the analysis and design of significant developments.
• React Automation Testing and debugging the code where there are issues/errors.

Process Skills:

• Must be an individual contributor
• Ability to support a customer on a business or/and technical level.
• Documenting system/code changes
• Debugging issues in current applications and proposing and/or implementing solutions
• Explaining application usage to end users or other developers, including generation of documentation
• Explain architecture of application to technical experts / developers. Includes generation of documentation.
• Assist in creating, running, and explaining demos for sales demonstrations at customer location.
• The ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail.

Education

• 6+ years of experience in software Development
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
