Qualification : M.Sc. Chemistry or Environmental Science with minimum 2 year experience with relevant field.

Roles and Responsibilities

1)Ensuring basic safety compliances for O& M Site under control ( Theme-based TBT , Organizing Safety Training / Hazard Awareness / Motivational program, ensuring zero tolerance on PPE compliances, also ensuring continual safety culture improvement through unsafe act / unsafe conditions / near misses reporting in mobile application and taking lead towards closure of all safety relate observations.

2)Building close connect with site Clients and understanding their expectations and value addition opportunities , ensuring speedy and qualitative response to Customer's needs and thus owning up the responsibility of Customer delight.

3)Ability to interrogate site issues (technical / commercial/ human resources oriented), identify the scope for improvement and preparation of improvement plan and taking charge of the implementation of the plan so as to elevate our service standard.

4)Managing manpower , contractor deliverables, statutory compliances and local issues

Effective Communication Skill (both verbal and written) and Man Management Skill

5) Timely submission of INVOICES / MIS to respective clients and 100% compliances of monthly Collection Plan .Monthly MIS Review with the Client is must to understand the satisfaction level and areas for further improvement.

Competency of Job:

RO / WTP / STP Operation and Maintenance and Customer handling and managing Sites day to day activities.

Product Schedule

: STP/RO Plant operation and maintenance, trouble shooting and implementation of Plant's specific Preventive / Predictive Maintenance Plan so as to ensure / maintain Plant's availability more than 95%
