Position: WTP Operator (Local Residents Preferred)

Vacancies:

Preferred Location:

Nandigram & Panskura residents only (Also hiring for Raghunathpur & Egra Super Speciality Hospital sites)

Gender:

Male only (Field/site-based work - female applicants please excuse)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor

water treatment systems

(pumps, valves, filters, tanks) Perform

chemical dosing

(chlorine, alum, etc.) and adjust treatment as required Record daily

water quality, flow rate, and system performance

Perform

routine equipment checks

, cleaning, and maintenance Diagnose and troubleshoot

faults or malfunctions

in equipment Coordinate with maintenance and supervisor teams for repairs Maintain

shift logs and reporting registers

Ensure adherence to

environmental, hygiene, and safety regulations

Comply with

local pollution control board standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related trades

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in

WTP or ETP operations

Basic knowledge of

water chemistry

and

treatment processes

Physically fit, alert, and

able to work independently

Willing to work in

shifts

and at

remote project sites

Key Skills Required:

Equipment handling and maintenance Water quality monitoring Fault detection and basic repair handling Safety and compliance awareness Recordkeeping and daily reporting

Salary & Benefits:

Pay:

?5,000 - ?7,000/month (based on experience & skill)

Incentives:

Performance-based bonus + Yearly Increment
