WTP Executive

Core responsibilities

Process management:

Monitor and control water and sewage treatment processes, often using SCADA systems.

Quality control:

Collect and analyze water samples, monitor quality parameters, and ensure treated water meets all regulatory standards.

Maintenance and repair:

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant machinery.

Compliance and reporting:

Ensure operations comply with environmental and safety regulations and maintain accurate records of all treatment operations.

Team leadership:

Lead, train, and supervise plant staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Problem-solving:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time, respond to alarms and emergencies, and optimize processes for efficiency.
Potential additional responsibilities

Business development:

Develop proposals for new WTP/STP projects and prepare technical bids and cost estimates.

Client relations:

Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and provide expert advice on WTP design and operation.

Procurement and inventory:

Manage store-related documentation, procurement, stock keeping, and inventory on ERP software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
